Spokane website design, from $499. Built to get found.
We’re a Spokane web design company that publishes its prices. The process is refined enough that ten thousand dollars stopped being a number we needed to charge. The whole price list is on this page, and there’s no discovery call standing between you and a number.
- You approve the design before we build it
- SEO structure and schema on every page
- You own the domain, hosting and every file

The questions nobody else answers.
Who owns the site when it's finished?
You do. The domain is registered in your name, the hosting account is yours, and every file is handed over on request.
What happens if I stop working with you?
Nothing happens to your website. It stays where it is, under your control. There’s no migration to negotiate and no login to pry loose.
Why does that need saying?
Because most agencies keep your site on their hosting under their account. Google’s own pricing guidance tells buyers to ask this first. No one in this market answers it.
Do I have to sit through a consultation to get a price?
No. The tiers on this page are the actual prices. Send us what your business does and you’ll get a free quote in writing. If the job is bigger than a tier we’ll tell you what it costs and why, in the same reply.
How long before it's live?
You approve the design before anything gets built, so the part that usually drags is settled up front. Once it’s approved the build runs to a fixed scope. We’ll give you a date in the quote and you can hold us to it.
What if I already have a site?
Then we look at it first. Where existing pages already earn traffic, the aim is to keep those URLs and redirect anything we replace, so the rankings you’ve built follow you across rather than resetting to zero. How cleanly that goes depends on how the current site is built, so we’ll tell you what’s straightforward and what isn’t before any work starts.
Why hire Spokane Web Design Co?
Because $499 should buy more than a page that looks fine. The number is real and so is the list. Here’s what’s in it, before you have to ask.
A responsive site, phone first
Every site is responsive, which means it rebuilds its own layout for whatever screen it lands on. Most people who find a local business search for it on a phone while they’re already out. If the site is awkward on mobile you lose them before they read a word, so the phone layout gets designed first and the desktop version follows it.
Built to rank, not just to look right
Structure, headings, page speed and schema are part of the build, not an upsell you get offered later. We research what’s already ranking in Spokane for your service before a page gets written, then build the page to compete with it.
Sized for a small business
This is built for a small business with a real trade to run: a few services, a service area, and a phone that needs to ring. You’re not paying for a platform you’ll never use or a retainer that renews whether or not anything happened that month.
Accessible by default
Every page still works for someone using a screen reader, navigating by keyboard, or reading on a phone with the text size turned up. Color contrast, form labels and alt text are handled during the build, not bolted on after. That’s the WCAG 2.1 AA standard, and for a medical or legal practice it isn’t a nice extra. It’s the bar you’re expected to meet.
Hosting, in your name
Hosting is available and it’s set up under your account, not ours. If you’d rather host it somewhere else, that works too. The files are yours either way and nothing about the site is held anywhere you can’t reach.
A free quote with a number in it
Tell us what your business does and how many pages you think you need. You’ll get a written free quote back with a price and a timeline. No consultation you have to sit through first, and no discovery call standing between you and a number.
Where we work.
We’re a Spokane web design company covering Spokane proper, the Valley, and over the border into North Idaho.

North Idaho is its own market with its own competitors, and it gets researched as one rather than bolted onto a Spokane page as an afterthought. If your local business sits somewhere between the two, ask. The work is remote either way, so what matters is whether we can research your market properly, not how far you are from our desk.
Our Web Design Process in Four Steps.
You approve the design before we build it. That’s the step most agencies skip. No discovery theater.
Scope
A short call about what your business actually sells and who you want calling. No workshop, no deck.
Design
You see the real design on a real page and approve it, before a single page gets built.
Build
Built to rank, not just to look right. Structure, schema and speed handled as part of the work.
