Industries we build websites for in Spokane

Twelve trades, twelve pages, and each one written from the reality of that business rather than from a template with the industry name swapped. This page routes you to yours. If your trade is not listed, the work and the price do not change — we just do the research on your market instead of drawing on research already done.

Industries We Build Websites For In Spokane — an ordered grid of many industry building blocks with a blue accent
Healthcare

Websites for Spokane healthcare, dental and medical practices

Healthcare and aesthetic practices share one problem: the website is simultaneously a menu and a credential. The buyer wants the treatment, the price and the availability — and then wants to know who is performing it and under what supervision. Get the first half right and the second half wrong and the site looks expensive while booking badly.

What differs between them is where the pressure sits. A dental practice lives or dies on the insurance question and on how soon somebody can be seen. A med spa lives on treatment pricing, results photography with consent handled properly, and clarity about who injects. An aesthetics clinic is bound by the license class it holds, which in Washington is a real distinction with real scope attached. An IV therapy clinic is half a clinic and half a dispatch business, and its site has to run three separate booking paths.

What they have in common: patient information does not belong in a marketing contact form, and accessibility is not optional.

Trades

Websites for Spokane contractors, construction and home-service businesses

Trades are bought under pressure. Something has failed, or a season is closing, or an inspection report has landed with a deadline attached. That makes speed on a phone worth more than polish, and it makes the inquiry form the most consequential thing on the site.

Beyond that they diverge sharply. A roofing contractor quotes from a photograph and sells in bursts after storms. An HVAC company has two demand spikes a year and an entire rebate landscape nobody has written about. A landscaping business books a whole year in about eight weeks. A foundation repair company serves a frightened homeowner and a closing deadline, which are different pages. A general contractor or remodeler is mostly trying to stop renting leads from a marketplace. A construction firm is not selling to homeowners at all — it is being read by developers assembling bid lists and by people looking for work.

The shared ground is credentials. Washington registration, bond and insurance belong on every page of every one of these sites, and almost none of them show it.

Professional services

Websites for Spokane professional services, legal and financial firms

Professional services are chosen after the referral, not instead of it. Somebody is given a name and then looks that person up, and what they find decides whether the call happens. The website’s job is to survive that check.

For a law firm that means a page per practice area written in the client’s language, a bio page per attorney, an intake form that supports a conflict check, and copy written with Washington’s professional conduct rules in view rather than negotiated down from marketing material afterwards. It is the most contested vertical on this list and the one where structure matters most.

Accountants, financial advisers, consultants and agencies do not have dedicated pages here, and we would rather say so than pad the list. The work and the pricing are the same; we research your market and build to it. Branding, structure and the SEO underneath are handled the same way regardless of which of these you are.

Hospitality & retail

Websites for Spokane retail, restaurants and hospitality

Hospitality is the fastest decision on this page. Someone is standing outside, or four minutes away in a car, and they want the menu, the hours and the parking in that order and in under ten seconds.

A restaurant, café or bar therefore needs its menu as a real web page rather than a PDF, separate pages for brunch, happy hour, private dining and catering, and an honest position on where ordering happens — because every order that goes through a delivery marketplace costs a commission that a direct order does not.

Retail proper is a different build again. Selling online means stock, shipping and tax, which is genuinely more work than a brochure site and is quoted separately rather than folded into a page count. For plenty of small Spokane retailers the honest answer is that a fast site, accurate hours and a good Google Business Profile beats an online store nobody visits — and we will say so.

The real differences

What actually changes between industries — compliance, booking and accessibility

This is the only part of this page that is not signposting, and it is the honest answer to why twelve separate pages exist rather than one.

Compliance changes everything. A dental or medical practice cannot collect health information through a standard contact form. A law firm’s copy is governed by conduct rules about what it may claim. A med spa is constrained on outcome claims, brand names and photo consent. An aesthetics clinic is bound by the scope of the license it holds. A trade contractor has a registration and bond that belong in the footer of every page. None of that transfers between industries, and a designer who has not thought about it will build you something that looks fine and creates a problem later.

Booking changes everything. Some businesses want an instant slot; some want a consultation first because suitability has to be assessed; some want a photograph and an address rather than an appointment; and some need three separate booking paths for in-house, mobile and event work. The right answer is per business and it is a structural decision, not a widget choice.

Seasonality changes everything. Landscaping books its year in eight weeks. HVAC has two spikes and a long middle. Roofing follows the weather. Restaurants follow holidays. A site that can publish a seasonal page the week the weather turns is worth more than one that cannot, which is why every one of these builds hands that capability to the owner.

Accessibility does not change at all. Contrast, form labels, alt text and keyboard navigation are built to WCAG 2.1 AA on every site regardless of trade. It is the one thing on this page that is the same everywhere, and it is cheaper to build in than to retrofit.
