Spokane Web Design Co

Legal

Privacy policy

This policy explains what information Spokane Web Design Co collects, why, and what we do and do not do with it. The short version: the only personal information we collect is what you send us through the contact form, we use it to reply to you, and we do not sell it to anyone. The longer version is below, written in plain language rather than legal boilerplate.

Scope

Who this policy is from

Spokane Web Design Co is a brand of Salterra Digital Services, LLC. We build websites remotely for businesses in the Spokane area and the wider Inland Northwest. We do not operate a physical storefront, and this policy covers this website — spokanewebdesigncompany.com — and the inquiries you send us through it.

By using the site or sending us a message, you agree to the handling of information described here. If anything below is unclear, ask us through the contact form and we will explain it.

Collection

What we collect

We collect two kinds of information, and neither is more than we need.

What you send us. When you fill in the contact form, you give us the details you choose to type — typically your name, your email address, and a description of your business and what you are looking for. If you add a phone number, we get that too, but no field asks for anything sensitive and you decide what to include.

Basic technical information. Like almost every website, ours runs on software that keeps standard server records — the kind of routine log data that helps a site stay online and secure. We do not run advertising trackers, we do not build profiles on visitors, and we do not follow you around other websites.

Use

How we use it

We use the information you send for one main purpose: to respond to your inquiry. That means reading what you sent, preparing a quote or an answer, and replying to you. If we end up working together, we use your contact details to run the project and to reach you about it.

We do not add you to a marketing list you did not ask to join, and we do not send bulk email. If we ever want to send you something beyond a reply to your own message, we will ask first.

Selling

We do not sell your data

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. Full stop. There is no version of our business where your details are a product, and there is no third party paying us for access to the people who contact us.

The only people who see what you send are the people who need to in order to reply to you and, if you hire us, to build your site.

Third parties

The services we rely on

A few trusted services help us run the site and handle your inquiry, and your information passes through them only for that purpose:

The contact form. Our form is handled by a third-party form service that receives your submission and routes it to us. It processes the message so it reaches our inbox; it is not permitted to use your details for its own purposes.

Hosting. The website is hosted on a web server that stores the site and its routine logs. WordPress runs the site itself and may set the basic functional cookies needed for pages to work — not advertising cookies.

We choose these providers for reliability and we do not hand your information to anyone beyond what is needed to answer you.

Your rights

Your choices, and how to reach us

You are in control of what you send us, and you can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Because the only personal data we hold is usually the contents of your own message, honoring that is straightforward — send the request through the contact form and we will act on it.

We keep inquiry information only as long as it is useful — long enough to reply, and, if we work together, for the life of the project and a reasonable period afterward for our records. This policy may change as the business changes; when it does, the updated version lives on this page. This page was last reviewed in 2026.
